Our patrol and inspection services include a drive-through of parking facilitites and an inspection of the building exterior, including visual inspection of doors and windows plus a physical inspection of exterior doors and accessible windows. If an officer discovers an unsecured door or window, he or she conducts an investigation to determine if a crime has been committed. If evidence of criminal activity is discovered, local law enforcement and our investigation team are notified immediately. We can also assume responsibility for biulding keys and entry; if desired, our officers can check interior doors, sesitive areas, equipment and lighting as well. K.O.G. Patrol coverage is a 24 hour service. Our support officers work from communication equipped vehicles that follow varied schedules and routes. Vehicles are clearly marked and highly visible in order to discourage theft and vandalism.

Parking Enforcement

Parking enforcement is included in our patrol and inspection services all our Officers ore certified by the Metropolitan Police and all Officers Cary a MLEO states (Municipal law Enforcement Officer). While one or two Officers are conducting an inspection and patrol of the assigned site the third Officer (MLEO) will be conducting a parking lot inspection. If an Officer discovers any cars without a valid parking pass or parked in a no parking zone, fire route the vehicle will be tagged and or towed at the owners expense (were municipal laws permit).

Escort services and employee integrity

Our officers can escort employees or visitors to and from their vehicles at specific times of the day or night. Furthermore, as a deterrent to employee theft, our officers can be trained in the proper procedures for conducting parcel or bag checks of your employees, and as well can conduct site inspections of your facilities.
