Our primary duty at KOG Protective Services is to protect People,
Property and Information relevant to our clients. Theft, vandalism,
sabotage, acts of violence and other socially deviant acts that
occasionally occur on or in relation to our clients' properties must
be contained and/or prevented. Effective Security provides an
element of control that prevents the opportunity for disruptive
behaviour for the would-be offender, thus promoting a safe and
secure atmosphere.
KOG Protective Services is a 24-hour operation that guarantees rapid
response when security concerns arise. Through our fully trained,
professional Security Officers, Officer Support Units, Private
Investigation Services and Security Consultation Services, we are
confident that we can effectively meet all of your protection
requirements.
We are attentive to the fact that we provide a service, and that
service is dependent on our people. Accordingly, we are dedicated to
hiring only the most suitable candidates for employment and from
there providing them with leading edge training that addresses all
areas of the protection profession. Each KOG Protective Services
Security Officer is required to successfully complete an intensive
two-week training program that incorporates academic and physical
skill components to prepare the officer for any situation that might
arise while they are on duty. It is also mandatory that our Security
officers attend mandatory weekly in-service training sessions.
In-service training provides dynamic instruction in areas such as
crisis resolution and ethics. These sessions also provide a weekly
forum for officers to present any concerns or questions regarding
situations that they encountered during the previous week. The end
product to the client is what we believe to be the most credible,
well-presented, accountable Security Professional in our area of
operations.
