Knights On Guard (KOG)
Protective Services considers thorough training of our field
security officers as fundamental to maintaining a sense of
self-assurance, responsibility and professionalism. A combination
of high recruiting standards, leading edge pre-assignment training,
dynamic in-service training and the extensive administrative support
insure that the client receives the most comprehensive security
officer services available.
K.O.G. has instituded a rigorous pre-assignment training program, our trainees receive a thorough introduction to various circumstances and incidents they might
encounter while on duty.
This is accomplished through a training curriculum that combines
academic and physical skill components. Consequently, each officer
is well prepared for duty with both technical competence, a sincere
respect for the value of common sense, the application of force, and
the fundamentals of the protection profession.
Field Security Officers perform a static, or
stationary function. In other words, they are assigned to a
client's property for required period of time (shift). While on the
client's property field security officers are required to perform
duties as specified by the client. This may include general patrol,
access control and escort services, employee integrity or any
